The problem I focus on

Most analytics work fails for a simple reason: it stops at reporting. A dashboard can show what happened. It does not guarantee action. It does not assign ownership. It does not decide which signal matters, which risk should be escalated, or which operational behavior needs to change.

I write about that gap — between intelligence and action — and what strong teams do to close it.
